If you think you may need counselling or psychotherapy, you are not alone. At times we are all faced with confusing or painful situations, feelings of dissatisfaction, anxiety, stress or depression, painful losses, traumatic or unhappy memories, difficult decisions or the need for change.
Whether we meet face to face or via Zoom, Skype or WhatsApp video , my therapy room is a safe, confidential and supportive space where you can talk about your problems, what you are experiencing and how you are feeling without being analysed or judged. My aim is to help you to explore your situation, relationships and lifestyle, to feel more comfortable in your own skin so that you can identify choices, solutions or changes that you may want to make in your life.
Everyone has the capacity to cope with crisis, resolve problems, develop personal insight and make decisions yet having professional support and encouragement when the going gets tough can make a huge difference.
We will work with whatever you choose to explore, which may include relationship issues, depression, mental illness, anxiety, stress, work-based problems, bereavement and loss, low self-esteem, life changes, personal development or any other issue that troubles you.
I work with individual adult clients and with couples. We will usually meet weekly. Sessions last for 50 minutes and my fee is £60 per session for individual clients and £75 for couples.
